“Improvement and modernization of the technical capabilities of domestically produced fire trucks” was the main topic of the seminar-meeting held in Uralsk on June 15, 2012.
The event was attended by employees of the technical services of the State Institution “Firefighting and Emergency Rescue Service” of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the Fire Service Committee of the MES of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the management and leading designers of Uralskagroremmash JSC. The Urals Repair Plant “Uralskagroremmash” cooperates with the MES of the Republic of Kazakhstan on supplying firefighting equipment to units of the Firefighting and Emergency Rescue Services.
Over the plant’s long history, many fire trucks have been produced and are now widely used by the fire service.
During the seminar, representatives of technical services from the regions and the cities of Almaty and Astana had the opportunity to visit production shops, see the manufacturing and assembly process for vehicles and other products, ask questions of interest and make proposals.
