The UARM plant manufactures galvanized metal waste containers with a capacity of 1,100 litres, including Euro containers. The containers are produced as welded or assembled units with metal or plastic lids. High-quality components and 1.25 mm profiled steel sheet are used to provide strength and reliability. The containers comply with the European EN 840 standard.
Welding of waste containers
Welding quality is essential in the production of metal waste containers because it directly affects reliability and service life. The company uses modern welding equipment and experienced personnel to manufacture durable products.
Galvanizing of waste containers
The metal containers are hot-dip galvanized by full immersion. Degreased and flux-treated components are placed into molten zinc at approximately 450 °C. This process protects metal containers from through corrosion for at least 15 years.
Assembly and additional options
The containers are assembled from European-made components. Customers can order ready-assembled Euro containers or assembly kits for self-assembly. Available options include metal or plastic lids, stamped logos and lettering, reinforced wheel supports, parking brakes, foot-operated lid opening, locks, lids for separate waste collection and other equipment.
