Metal laser cutting is performed on modern equipment with a 3 kW laser and auxiliary gases such as oxygen and nitrogen.

The processing field is 1,500 mm x 3,000 mm. Processing accuracy is +- 0.2 / 1,000 mm. During the process, the metal melts and partially evaporates, then is removed from the cutting zone by process gas: oxygen is used for low-carbon black steel, while nitrogen or air is used for stainless steel, aluminium and brass.

Steel laser cutting is an advanced technology for flat sheet-metal cutting. Parts used in outdoor advertising require high surface and cut quality, so stainless steel cutting is performed in a protective gas environment such as nitrogen or argon.

Laser cutting is one of the most technological methods for cutting and profiling metals. One of its key advantages is rapid material piercing and limited heating of areas outside the cut, which reduces the impact on the steel structure.
